The Problem
Hey Sam Debra here I noticed last night the evaporator fan is considerably louder than the one we replaced also you can hear a vibration on the side of the refrigerator not a clicking where it’s hitting anything just like a abnormally loud fan motor sound. Also last night during the night the temperature in the bottom of the refrigerator went up to 60° and there was water on the floor now it’s back to 40°. I know today is Saturday maybe you could reach out to me when it’s convenient for you.
The Repair
She said it did reach 60° one time, but has not happened since. She’s concerned about the noise and vibration from the fan motor. I assured her about 55 times that it was normal and there was nothing I could do. She was very unreasonable.
