Electric dryer not heating — customer suspects heating element

Cc dryer not drying. I found Unit Heating normally. Heating circuit tested good. No airflow. Found blower wheel completely off. Reinstalled blower wheel, reconnected vent. Good to go. I did break the handle on the dryer door. I am shipping a new one to the customer free of charge. I showed them how to install a new one.
